Love headspace! I have been meditating (was forced to at school) since a kid, and never understood its value until Headspace. Very pragmatic approach to meditation & cleverly positioned to be only very slightly spiritual.

@tferriss mentioned this on Tea Time with Tim (periscope 😍). I had to give it a try. Been using this for 2 weeks. I never really "believed" in meditation before. But it's totally life changing. Feels like gaining a new super power. Beyond being more relaxed, it teaches you how to let things go and keep your attention on what's important. I'm finding this is bleeding into my day-to-day and making my life easier. Learning how to let things go into 1 ear and out the other, without draining you of energy/focus = hugely valuable.

This is probably my favorite app, in all of history. I can be dramatic like this because it genuinely changed my life. It has helped me to dramatically reduce and "control" my anxiety, as well as help me to be calmer and happier. THANK YOU, HEADSPACE.

This is the first and only app I pay for :D Sometimes it can feel like a chore to do stuff that is good for you and this app takes that away for me. I teaches you gently and pleasantly and Ive been able to stick to it and understand more about how minds work. It helped me stop biting my nails.

Pros:

Super pleasant and habit forming app! Doesn't make mediation a chore!

I just finished day 3 of the first "track". It is really really awesome. Helps me get relaxed and focused right after my I wake up.
