Great product, till now my favourite app for learning stuff was Primer How do you see the future of Hardbound? I could see it being a great addition to traditional ed tech toolkit but it also tempting to think you could replace Kim K news on my Snapchat.
hopefully it grows to attract storytellers of all kinds!
Bite-sized - check. Interactive - check. Informative - check. You bring the whole package in one product! Hopefully you can get some scale... Do you think of empowering the community to make Hardbound stories? Perhaps a publishing platform with a builder? Imagine what the creative community can do in this type of format given the tools and library of preset templates, mood themes, animations etc. Oh, and please allow us to export the stories in a sharable format outside of the app - super useful for us and will get you some more exposure to potential new authors or readers! Needless to say, big fan of the cause you're pursuing with the product and the product itself (one of my personal favorites on PH). Will lurk around on the regular. :)
thanks so much! creation tool is definitely in the works :)
This looks great! Any Android love on the way?
on the roadmap!
Congrats to Nathan and the Hardbound team on the launch of their app. I think the secret sauce in Hardbound is their ability to teach/explain subjects in a simple manner. My two favourite stories were What Disruption Really Means () and The Science of Habit-Forming Products (). What kind of team is Hardbound looking to build?
thanks so much! what kind of team? an awesome one! haha
Loved it since the beta. Nice work 🚀
thanks so much!
I had a beta version through Test Flight, read every single story. Absolutely love this app.
thank you so much!
Really like Hardbound and the new format for stories. I always learn a lot and the digestible format makes it much easier to retain that knowledge. Congrats on the big launch!
thanks Jake!!
It was awesome being a part of the early Hardbound beta! Great work Nathan:) Way to go!
thanks, Karthik!
Props for the great work , Hardbound is one of the few products that I've kept a close eye on because I think that we've only seen the beginnings of the interactive mobile reading experience. I say experience, because with Hardbound and other products doing similar things, it is much more than just reading. It's clear that you have a lot of people rooting for you, and I hope you're able to continue to iterate and advance Hardbound (as I'm sure you will given your keen eye for feedback and analytics!). I'd upvote twice if I could : )
thanks so much! means a lot to me :)
Love this. Somehow have made interesting, seemingly long form content completely snackable. Bravo
thanks, tim!
