Hi — we made HanFlow Bot because we wanted one AI agent that could handle everyday office work on your own computer: draft a reply, fill out a portal form, pull data from a website into a spreadsheet. The key design choice is the approval card. The bot prepares everything but never sends, submits, or pays without your explicit OK. You plug in your own Claude (Claude Code) or GPT (Codex) subscription, so you pick the model. We'd love feedback on two things: which web tasks trip the bot up most for you, and do separate bots per role, each with its own memory, actually help your workflow?
