HandIt! - Post tasks, help neighbors, earn credits. Borrow stuff too.

Hey everyone! I'm the solo developer behind HandIt. I built this because I noticed a gap — when you need simple help (moving a couch, fixing a leaky faucet, walking your dog), your options are either expensive professional services or awkward Facebook posts. Meanwhile, skilled people nearby have free time and would love to earn a bit of extra money. HandIt connects these two sides. You post a task, neighbors apply, you pick someone, they do the job, and credits transfer automatically via escrow. No cash awkwardness — everything runs on an in-app credit system that you can cash out to real money. Along the way I also added a borrow/lend feature because why buy a drill you'll use once when your neighbor has one sitting in the garage? The whole thing is gamified with XP, levels, badges, and daily rewards to keep the community engaged. Built with React Native + Next.js + Supabase.
