We are like a lot of startups that use Hacker News as a source of insights, to validate ideas, and to gauge new trends. The Audience at Hacker News is the best source for this as it has a wealth of a highly knowledgeable and opinionated audience. For those who don't know about Hacker News, here is a short intro: Hacker News is a tech-focused social news site run by Y Combinator, known for having one of the most knowledgeable communities on the internet. Its users include founders, senior engineers, researchers, and domain experts who regularly provide insights you won't find anywhere else. But this is a very tedious task, due to the sheer amount of activity and the limited size of our team. So we did what anyone in this AI age would do. We built a tool to help us find what we need. We used our own platform, Julep, to orchestrate the whole AI infrastructure and used Moch for the frontend. It took us less than a day to build this. The speed of the execution fascinated us, and so we decided to share it with everyone. It is not a full-fledged product, just a tool to help fellow entrepreneurs on their journey.
