I built H1B Data Hub because researching real H-1B salaries meant digging through raw DOL disclosure spreadsheets or using outdated tools. I wanted something that makes 3M+ H-1B salary records instantly searchable by company, job title, city, and state, with salary trend charts and an H-1B lottery odds calculator by wage level (especially relevant now that the lottery is wage-weighted). It's completely free, no login, no data collection. Would love feedback on what other cuts of the data would be useful.

This is genuinely useful, especially the wage-weighted lottery odds estimator since that system is confusing to navigate. One thing that would help a lot is adding a "compare employers" view where you can select two or three companies side by side and see their salary distributions and approval rates together. Would make evaluating offers way easier.

finally something that actually lets you filter the DOL mess without hitting a paywall, super useful honestly. one thing that would make it way better for me though is being able to compare two employers side by side, like their average salaries and approval rates right next to each other. would save a lot of clicking around when you are weighing offers or doing research.
