Hey Product Hunt, We built GrowBit AI HR BP because hiring teams often have to decide who to interview based mostly on resumes. That is slow, subjective, and does not show how a candidate thinks, answers role-specific questions, or fits the work context. GrowBit turns pre-interview assessment into a simple workflow: - enter the role and business area - choose Profile, Cognitive, or Psychological tests - add candidate emails - send personal test links - get PDF reports with answers, strengths, risks, and a next-step recommendation Candidates do not need to create an account. Each test has the same rules, including a time limit and safeguards against pasted answers. HR gets both the AI analysis and the raw questions/answers for transparency.
