I had a few stopwatch apps installed but every time I felt frustrated to have to click to make the control appear. I just want to start the stopwatch when I need it, like NOW. So I created this menu bar app. The stopwatch sits in your menu bar. One click to start it. One click to stop it. Double click to reset it. Right click to show the menu. That's it. Oh no...also, it's free. If you want to give it a try, it's on the App Store: Mini Stopwatch. The biggest gift you can give me is a review 😀 🙏.

Amazing, how Mini Stopwatch keeps it minimal and sits quietly in the menu bar. It would be cool to have a feature that shows a small timer history (just last 3-5 sessions maybe?).

BTW, Great work, Clement! Super clean and purposeful.

I like that. I think of how I can add it. Another feature coming is to automatically copy the time to your clipboard when you stop the timer.

I once envisioned a countdown timer with a shake effect to signal the imminent end. I'm curious if this is achievable on macOS?

you mean the view in the menu bar shaking? I like this idea. I'll have to give it shot.

Yes, to provide some reminders, or a sense of urgency with a countdown.

I'll try this on my countdown app Stretch It for sure.

Finally, a stopwatch that doesn't clutter my workflow! ⏱️ This minimalist macOS menubar app is exactly what I need for time tracking without distractions. Simple, functional, and out of the way - perfect for focus sessions.

love the click sound effect :)

 Glad you like it :)

Minimalist design is a productivity booster! 👍

 Thank you!
