Building Goldmine: An MT5 Trading Bot Focused on Gold (XAUUSD) ā Looking for Trader Feedback

I'm Stephen, founder of FXM Brand, and we're building Goldmine, an MT5 Expert Advisor focused specifically on Gold (XAUUSD) trading.
I've spent a lot of time around forex trading, Gold strategies, market structure, indicators and automated trading, and one problem kept coming up:
How can traders turn a defined trading strategy into a more systematic and consistent execution process?
That's the problem we're trying to solve with Goldmine.
Goldmine is designed to automate a predefined trading process on MetaTrader 5, allowing traders to reduce manual execution and emotional decision-making while maintaining control over their trading and risk settings.
We're currently preparing Goldmine for a Product Hunt launch, and before we launch, I'd really like feedback from the Product Hunt community.

We're also working on a broader Goldmine ecosystem around trading automation, including strategies, indicators, education and other tools for systematic traders.
What I'd like to know from traders here
If you've used an MT5 Expert Advisor or trading bot before:
1. What is the biggest problem you've experienced with trading bots?
2. What information would you want to see before trusting a trading bot?
3. How important are transparent backtests and forward-testing results to you?
4. What features would make an XAUUSD trading bot genuinely useful rather than just another EA?
We're not looking for blind upvotes or promotional comments. I'd genuinely like to understand what experienced traders and builders think we're missing.
We're preparing the product page and launch materials now, so feedback at this stage could actually influence what we improve before launch.
