Goalie is an app that I'm making for myself first and foremost. The idea came to life when I stumbled across a saying that more or less went like this;
"Commit to one thing fully and see how far you can go"
As someone who is interested in way too many things this resonated with me and got me thinking about an app that could support this mindset. I.e. working through goals in a sequential order, having peace of mind that I will get round to all the things I want to do eventually. (Obviously life isn't that simple and there are things you have to tackle simultaneously but hopefully with Goalie it becomes a bit more manageable for you)
It's a personal productivity app that aims to be simple to use (my parents can use it) but powerful enough for those of us who crave a bit more power and flexibility.
It also aims to be very usable in the sense that there's enough guard rails to prevent analysis paralysis so you can brain dump and then get to achieving your goals step by step as soon as possible.
Finally a word on price. It's $10 USD a year for early supporters with a 30 day free trial (payment details required).
