It is by far the best tool to integrate as CRM that I have tried that can be integrated with Gmail. I've tried others but the simple but powerful Gmelius outperforms the rest.

Our team has used Gmelius for close to two years and the features really enhance the productivity of our team. Collaborating with home-office staff is easy and efficient. The batch emails and sequences features are incredibly useful - and we love that it's all part of a very affordable package!

Pros:

User-friendly, easy to work with, with a range of features you'll use every single day

Cons:

I'd love to see more formatting options for email templates/batch emails - similar to MailChimp or SendinBlue

I'm a huge fan of Gmelius. Ever since I discovered it, it has made my emailing sane. The Snooze feature that then resurfaces emails automatically that didn't get a response means I can send it and forget it. I've used the mail merge feature to survey clients and it was amazing.

Pros:

It makes email sane.

Cons:

None.

Been a Gmelius user for a while, first on the free plan, then upgraded about a year ago. I love the recipient tracking, but perhaps the most useful feature are the templates. Each month I have to send about 30 emails to coworkers, and using the templates with their merge fields has been a huge help. When composing my message, using the hashtag keywork in the subject line to pull up the template has saved a lot of time and headaches. As far as the mobile app, after using it a few weeks (months?) ago, I had to uninstall it. Re-installing now to see if the key areas were addressed, I just wished there was more functionality and customization in the settings. For example, being able to snooze conversations in app, customize the notification sound, and actually being able to take action on the notifications would be ideal. The compose function, and all the key features that went along with it were great.

I have tried many gmail productivity tools out there and non of them can beat Gmelius!

The ONLY Gmail tool you'll ever need for your inbox.

Cons:

Sometimes location report is incorrect
