What happens when AI creation becomes collaborative instead of solitary?

I was building GivaSpark around a simple idea: share something small from yourself that someone else might enjoy, feel, or benefit from.

Then I started experimenting with Shared Sparks.

I made an image with a dinosaur and a kangaroo. Someone could add something. Then someone else could add something to that. The image kept changing.

Eventually there were two kangaroos high-fiving while the dinosaur ran away.

Then I added a Play button.

Suddenly I could watch the entire ridiculous evolution from beginning to end like a tiny movie.

That changed how I thought about the whole thing.

AI creation is usually solitary: I prompt, AI makes something, I'm done.

But what if the interesting part is what happens when we use AI between people? One person shares a little spark. Someone else adds something of themselves. Someone else takes it somewhere nobody expected. And you can watch the history of that shared creation unfold.

Sometimes it might be funny. Sometimes beautiful. A poem, a prayer, a story, an intention, a piece of music, or something we haven't thought of yet.

I'm curious where this goes.

What would you want to create with strangers if nobody had to know where it was going?
