GitCruiter - Find and evaluate developers by GitHub activity

We built GitCruiter because developer evaluation is broken. Résumés and LinkedIn profiles rarely reflect real skill, while great engineers often stay invisible. GitCruiter analyzes public GitHub activity to show transparent skill reports — not black-box “AI scores.” Each profile is rated across areas like code quality, testing, documentation, and problem solving. What’s new is the ability to search by region, language, or framework and see real coding patterns behind each profile. We’d love feedback from developers and recruiters — especially on fairness, transparency, and what we should measure next.
