Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Joe, the solo founder of Ghost Logics. If you are like me, I love having value added tools in the apps I have and I hate subscriptions and paying more for premium tools. So, I decided to build one - a weather/emergency/scanner all in one. What I built: Weather Belt puts NWS alerts, live NEXRAD radar, USGS seismic, aviation METARs, marine buoys, NASA wildfires, lightning, and live scanner audio all on one map. The home screen gives you a plain-English situational picture and tells you what to do right now. How it evolved: I kept asking "what would a prepared person actually need in the field?" That's how the Tool Belt grew to 14 tools — Evacuation Advisor, Dead Reckoning, Go-Bag Checklist, Shelter in Place, Triage Templates, Incident Journal, and more. The philosophy: Every core feature works with zero API keys — no account, no subscription, no tracking. Scanner audio runs free via OpenMHz. AI briefings and Broadcastify streaming are optional power-user upgrades using your own keys, stored only on your device. All future updates free.
