Hey PH! I built this after months of consuming health optimization content and implementing approximately none of it. The insight was simple: the bottleneck isn't information — it's translation. Going from a 2-hour Huberman episode to "here's exactly what to do at 7:15 AM on Tuesday" is a massive gap. Protocol Quiz is that translation layer.
