RFQForge helps industrial suppliers capture RFQs, generate quotes, and track orders in one simple workflow. Capture inbound RFQs from product or SEO pages, convert them into structured quotes, and manage execution after orders are confirmed. Customers receive a shareable status page to track progress without logging in. RFQForge acts as a lightweight operational layer between demand generation and fulfillment.

Hey 👋
I originally built Get Job Status after repeatedly seeing the same problem across small service teams, fabrication shops, repair teams, and project-based businesses.
Customers constantly ask:
“Is my order ready?”
“Any update on my RFQ?”
“Where are we in the process?”
Most teams handle this through WhatsApp messages, calls, spreadsheets, or scattered notes. It creates constant interruptions, poor visibility, and no real history of what happened during the job.
While building the product, the problem turned out to be bigger than just status tracking.
Industrial suppliers actually struggle with the entire pipeline:
RFQ → Quote → Order → Execution → Customer updates.
So the product evolved into RFQForge.
The idea behind RFQForge is straightforward:
• Capture inbound RFQs from product or SEO pages
• Turn RFQs into structured quotes
• Convert accepted quotes into orders
• Track execution in clear stages: RECEIVED → IN_PROGRESS → READY
• Share a simple public status page with the customer
Customers can just open a link and see the latest progress — no login needed.
The goal is not to replace ERP systems, but to provide a lightweight operational layer that connects RFQ capture, quoting, and order execution without the complexity of traditional software.
If you run a manufacturing business, fabrication shop, CNC operation, or industrial service company, I’d love to hear:
• How do you currently handle RFQs and quotes?
• What part of the process is the most frustrating?
Looking forward to your feedback and suggestions!
