Hey everyone I’m the maker of GenPro, and I wanted to share why we built this. We kept seeing the same problem across teams—RFPs are long, messy, and time-consuming. Existing AI tools helped with writing, but they didn’t really solve the core problem: understanding the RFP deeply and structuring it properly before writing begins. Missing even a single requirement in an RFP can cost you the bid. So we focused heavily on making the extraction step reliable before layering proposal generation on top.
