When Does a Product Become Ready to Launch?

by

While building my own product, I realised that how difficult it is to decide when something is actually ready to launch.

There always seems to be one more thing to improve.

One more feature that could make the experience better.

One more bug to fix.

One more part of the product that could be polished.

But waiting until everything feels perfect can also mean never actually putting the product in front of users.

So I'm curious about people who have already launched products:

What made you finally decide, “Okay, this is ready. Let's launch”?

Was it a specific milestone, any certain level of polish or did you simply reach a point where you decided to stop building and let real users use it?

i always ask myself '' Would i use this today''? if my answer is yes i stop building and start listening to users instead.

For me, it's when the core feature works reliably. Nevertheless, I usually release the product only when I feel its 100% ready, both in backend and frontend.
