"Today you are here; tomorrow who knows where you'll be" It sounds better in Serbian, and I used it years before my startup life. Startups are ever-changing; today is great, tomorrow everything goes to s***, and the day after, we fix everything. Every new day is a new adventure, and everything is unpredictable.
Team relationship should be based on two basic principle: trust and a focus on results.
Find people who have the same level of passion as you do. Don't be afraid to try something new. Make sure you get your exercise in, you'll be sitting or standing at a desk for a while.
