What’s the most annoying part of making a deck?

I make a lot of decks for work, mostly sales proposals and investor updates. Writing them is the easy part. What really takes my time is fixing the layout on every slide. Then the PDF is hard to read on a phone, I have to redo it all for another language, and I never know if anyone even opened it.

What slows you down the most? And have you found anything that helps?
