What is the unwritten etiquette for upvoting and commenting here?

I’ve been lurking around for a bit and recently started interacting but I’m still not sure how most people use this platform.

When you see a launch, do you upvote anything that seems neat or do you only save votes for tools you’ll actually use day-to-day?

Also I see tons of detailed comments on launches are those mostly from other founders or do regular users chime in too?

I just want to make sure I’m actually engaging the right way instead of just aimlessly clicking around.
