What are some challenges you faced when you started working on your product?

Working on a new product can take an immense amount of planning and dealing with challenges before you even get started designing! What are the one or two most significant challenges you faced when putting your product together? Was it finding suitable funding? Deciding who you would work with or anything else.

Good Question! Some of the challenges founders and startups face are because they ignore their targeted audience or they skip the marketing part or either try to save on Marketing which is why most of the new products fail in the market.

@qudsia_ali Still most of them believe that they can handle marketing which is the sad part that is why most the startup fails or are acquired by the whales

@qudsia_ali hiring was the most difficult part plus training and managing sales team was dificult rest was easy since I am a Digital Marketer my co founder is a software guy so it was a good blend
