Title: $67 “Unlimited” Offer Did Not Feel Unlimited — Refund Promised, But Still Not Received
⭐ 1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Experience
I purchased ToonBee through the $67 one-time payment offer because I understood the offer to provide unlimited video generation. That claim was one of the main reasons I decided to purchase the product.
Unfortunately, my actual experience was completely different from what I expected.
After generating only 12 images, I was informed that my daily quota had already been exhausted and that I would have to wait for the quota to refresh before continuing. From my perspective, this was completely inconsistent with my understanding of an “unlimited” offer.
I contacted ToonBee support and explained the situation. Instead of providing the unlimited access I believed I had purchased, I was offered 500 additional credits for the day. I declined this solution because the issue was not that I needed a few extra credits. The issue was the difference between what I understood I was purchasing and the actual restrictions I encountered.
I therefore clearly requested one of two solutions:
1. Provide the unlimited access that I understood was included in the $67 offer, or
2. Refund my full $67 payment.
To their credit, ToonBee support eventually promised to refund the full $67 within 48 hours.
However, the promised 48-hour period has now passed and I still have not received my $67 refund.
This is the part that has made my experience particularly frustrating. If a company promises a refund within a specific timeframe, I expect that commitment to be honored—or at minimum, that the customer should receive a clear explanation if there is a delay.
What concerns me most is the lack of clarity surrounding the word “unlimited.” If an “unlimited” offer is subject to daily quotas, credits, fair-use restrictions, or other generation limitations, those restrictions should be made extremely clear before the customer pays.
To be fair, ToonBee's current website itself advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, which makes the unresolved refund situation even more disappointing.
I am not writing this review because I expect unlimited resources without reasonable limitations. I understand that AI video generation involves significant computing costs. My complaint is about transparency, expectations, and the handling of my refund request.
My experience in simple terms:
Paid $67
Purchased because of the advertised one-time/unlimited concept
Generated only 12 images
Daily quota was exhausted
Was offered 500 additional credits instead of the requested unlimited access
Requested a full $67 refund
ToonBee promised the refund within 48 hours
Refund still not received
I strongly recommend that potential buyers do not rely solely on the word “unlimited.” Before purchasing, ask ToonBee in writing exactly what the offer includes and specifically ask about:
daily quotas, AI credits, generation limits, fair-use restrictions, model-specific limits, and what happens when the daily quota is exhausted.
My experience has been extremely disappointing, and until my refund is actually received, I cannot recommend ToonBee.
Current rating: ⭐ 1/5
I will update this review if ToonBee completes the promised $67 refund.

The transparency point is fair. I’d want the daily quota and credit limits shown clearly before paying, especially when the plan says “unlimited.”
