Thinking about selling my 3-year-old developer project. Looking for advice.

I've been working on ReadymadeUI for the past 3 years. It has organic traffic, an established developer audience, and premium templates.
Lately I haven't had enough time to maintain it, so I'm thinking about selling it to someone who can keep growing it.
If you've been through this before, where did you find buyers? Any advice would be really helpful.

One thing I'd suggest is preparing a simple acquisition document before reaching out. Things like monthly traffic, revenue breakdown, tech stack, maintenance requirements, and growth opportunities can help serious buyers understand the value quickly.
@shawn_idrees Have you considered reaching out directly to people building in the developer tools or design space? Sometimes the best buyers aren't actively searching marketplaces but already understand the audience and see the opportunity.
@shawn_idrees A freind of mine sold a small developer product recently and said the buyer cared more about the community and SEO history than the code itself. Your organic traffic could be one of the strongest assets here.

Interesting project. Three years of organic traffic is already valuable.
If I were selling it, I'd probably list it on places like Acquire or Microns first, since buyers there are usually looking for projects with existing revenue or traffic. You could also post in some indie hacker communities and X, thought people in there are more into building than buying:)
