The part of launching nobody talks about

by•

I used to think the hard part was getting the product ready for launch.

Now I’m starting to think the harder part is figuring out what to do after you launch.

You suddenly have feedback, random ideas, things that broke, things people liked, and things nobody cared about.

And it’s really easy to start changing everything at once.

I’ve been trying to get better at slowing down and looking for patterns instead of reacting to every piece of feedback.

Curious how other makers handle this part. What do you actually pay attention to after a launch?
