Support in ProductHunt - is it really there ?

I am not sure if there is any technical support for issues faced while launching a product on ProductHunt. For the last few weeks, I have seen that any product that I am trying to launch is giving me an error message " The URL already exists". I dropped a mail to support@producthunt.com. But did not get any response. Kindly let me know if anyone of you has any idea
