Struggling to get honest feedback from early users — how do you actually do it?

by

One of the harder parts of building Hirevate hasn't been the code it's been getting real, unfiltered feedback out of early users. Most people say "looks good!" and then quietly never come back.

Specifically I'm trying to figure out the actual thing which is to get customer on my saas products with in first month

For people who've actually cracked this do you ask directly, watch behavior instead of asking, offer something in exchange for a real conversation? What worked versus what sounded good but got you nothing useful?

Hello, how are you pitching your product online? Are you asking friends and family to test your product too? Although they may not understand what it is. That’s your best bet. Make a form for them to fill in too. If you are only asking “so what do you think?” People will only tell you, “yes it’s good!” another thing I would suggest too is listen to a audio book or buy the book called “the mom test” audio books only 2-3 hours long but I promise it’ll help you to understand what questions to ask. How to react to answers and how to engage more with your audiences. Goodluck man
