How do you keep momentum after launch day?

A lot of launch advice focuses on getting attention on day one.

But I’m starting to think the harder part is what happens after the spike.

You get comments, signups, maybe some trials, maybe a few good conversations. Then a few days later, the traffic slows down, and it becomes less obvious what to do next.

Do you turn the launch into social proof? Follow up with every signup? Reach out to partners? Start content around the use case? Try to convert the attention into feedback?
