Behind the scenes, I spend most of my time looking at how work gets done fixing broken workflows, cutting out manual steps, and trying to keep things organized.

Lately, I’ve noticed that as teams grow, internal communication and request tracking instantly become a mess. Tasks get lost in random Slack threads, and everyone spends half their day just asking for updates.

I’m really curious how other folks and makers handle this.

What’s your go-to tool or setup for keeping daily ops clean?
