How do you find out when someone posts about your product?

Real question. Do you search X and Reddit by hand, run alerts, pay for a tool, or just wait for someone to DM you a screenshot? Curious what actually works, especially for TikTok and Threads where I never catch anything in time.

X is pretty easy to keep tabs on, but Threads feels like a total black hole right now.
I tried social listening tool once, but the amount of random noise was honestly wild. Felt like more work than doing it myself.
The annoying part is people will talk about the product without actually saying its name. Not sure how any tool catches those.
