Has anyone actually replaced support tickets with AI chat yet?

I’m curious how far teams have really gone with AI support.

Are you still using chat mainly as a helper alongside tickets - or has AI actually reduced your support volume in a meaningful way?

Would love to hear:

• What tools are helpful

• Where human support is still unavoidable

Trying to understand what’s real vs hype right now.

I believe that AI will not be able to replace a real person when client assistance is required, but if clients have simple questions that require documentation then AI will handle it better than an else if system.
