For maker videos, do you use a full script or just bullet points?

I'm trying to understand how makers actually record short product demos or tutorial videos without sounding robotic.

When you need to explain a feature clearly, which setup works best for you?

- full script on screen

- bullet points / beats

- teleprompter-style text

- unscripted take after one rehearsal

The part I'm most curious about: where does the natural delivery usually break for you? Eye contact, pacing, sentence length, or trying to remember exact words?
