Are you waiting for retention data before hiking prices or just pulling the trigger?

I keep telling myself i need a few more months of retention stats before changing my plans, but honestly i think i'm just nervous to charge more

Every time i look at the numbers i find another excuse to push it back.
Did you guys wait for full cohort data before increasing rates or did you just change the pricing page and deal with whatever happened?

i think there’s a point where waiting for more data just becomes another excuse. at some point you have to test it.
