600 visits. Zero sales. What am I missing?

by

I launched my product 10 days ago on Product Hunt. Built it to solve a problem I personally had with AI voice tools — constant credit limits and monthly bills.

YouTube sent 600 visitors to my landing page. Not a single sale.

I'm not posting this for sympathy — I genuinely want to understand what's going through someone's head when they land on a new product page.

Do you look for reviews first? Does a one-time payment feel risky compared to a subscription? Is it the landing page? The trust factor?

What actually makes you pull the trigger on a new tool from someone you've never heard of?

I feel this one. Honestly I'd forget the 600 for a minute and go talk to people. Pick 4 or 5 who tried it and didn't buy, and just ask them why — not to sell, just to understand. At this early stage 5 real conversations tell you more than 100 signups ever will. Talking to customers is the thing that actually validates the product.

This video says it better than me — getting your first customers by talking to them, not through tools:

Happy to dig into this more if it helps — feel free to message me on LinkedIn or X.

That's a great point Saied, and honestly this resonated. I've been so focused on traffic and distribution that I haven't done the most basic thing — just talk to people.

My gut says the biggest blocker isn't the product, it's trust. Lifetime pricing at $29.99 triggers "what's the catch" and "what if this guy disappears tomorrow" — especially from someone who's never heard of me.

Going to reach out to a few trial users today and just ask. No pitch, just curiosity.

Thanks for the YC video too — watching it now.
