What would make FunnyPixels worth reopening?
by•
I'm launching FunnyPixels on Product Hunt. It's an iPhone app that turns real movement into pixel art on real maps.
The core loop is simple: start a route, walk or run through your city, and your path becomes something visual and shareable instead of just another activity log.
I'm trying to make it feel more creative and playful than a traditional fitness tracker, with landmark-inspired route art, lightweight social events, and alliances.
I'd love feedback on three things:
1. Does the concept feel immediately clear?
2. What would make you come back after the first route?
3. Does this sound more like a creative app, a social app, or a game?
Happy to answer questions and share what we're learning while preparing for launch.

Quick follow-up from launch week:
the idea lands much faster when people see a route turn into map art than when they only read the description.
So the main problem I’m working on now is the comeback loop after the first session.
If you’ve seen another app nail that “come back tomorrow” feeling, I’d love examples.
