The clearest feedback so far is that the visual hook works best when people see it, not when they only read about it:
a real walk turns into pixel art on a real map.
The harder product question is retention.
After someone creates their first route-art piece, what should make them come back the next day?
Right now I’m testing three possible loops:
1. shareable route-art cards after each session
2. city / landmark challenges
3. lightweight social goals with friends or alliances
If you were trying this app cold, which one would make you most likely to reopen it?
Even a short 1 / 2 / 3 answer would help.
