As a builder myself, time is always limited. I built this to speed up the process of finding funding sources while identifying opportunities that are specifically aligned with my idea. With small adjustments over time, this can also help surface ideas that currently have strong funding.

How often does the catalogue get refreshed with new funding opportunities, and is there any way to filter by region or eligibility stage?

I'm assuming that when you say "region" you mean by state? (I currently don't do international opportunities at the moment but its planned). Currently the only way to "filter" based on region/state is by creating a company profile and then have opportunities be tailored to your selected state but I can add it as a filter as well. Thanks for the suggestion.
So opportunities are "refreshed" everytime you navigate the website in that as deadlines pass, opportunities become hidden as they are no longer available but if you're curious you can unhide the.

How often do you actually update the funding opportunities in the catalogue? Curious whether listings go stale or if there's a review process to keep things current.

So there is logic in the website that prevents displaying "stale" (where the deadline has passed) opportunities. This is automatic so its not something I have to get involved with. Its based on todays date and the deadline date. As mentioned above you can unhide stale opportunities if you're curious.

Took it for a spin and was surprised how clean the filters are for narrowing down by region and funding type. The Knowledge Hub guides on grant writing actually feel practical, not just filler.

How often do you actually update the listings, and how do you filter out ones that are already closed or fully subscribed? That freshness factor matters a lot for something like this.

If the deadline has passed they are hidden from the user automatically. If you for some reason wanted to see them anyway, you can toggle the "Show closed" button.

How often do you update the catalogue with new funding opportunities, and is there a way to get notified when something relevant opens up in my niche?

Every weekend I run the scraper to collect more opportunities. You can view when the opportunity was last scraped on the opportunity detailed page. Many opportunities are hidden (which you can disable) because the deadline has passed so makes so no sense to show them though come next year they'll pop up but they won't be "new".
I love your suggestion about notifying when relevant opportunities get added. I'm adding that to my todo list.

Spent a few minutes browsing the catalogue and the variety genuinely surprised me, especially the smaller mentorship programs I'd never heard of. The Knowledge Hub guides feel like they were written by someone who's actually been through the application grind.

How often is the catalogue updated with new opportunities, and do you filter out the ones that have already closed their application windows?

Finally a single place to find grants and fellowships without digging through dead links. The Knowledge Hub guides on non-dilutive funding were clearer than most paid courses I've tried.
