Hi. What's new? I tried it a couple of years ago and found the features to be pretty limited and now we are on intercom trialing that.

That would be Freshworks. ;) Freshdesk rebranded to Freshworks. Read about it here.
Saw the new design on SaaStock a few months back - looks VERY slick. Too bad existing customers can't use it yet. They currently have a list of unsupported features, so when using any of those features - it's impossible to switch (source: Freshdesk support desk).
