FreeLancer OS - Stop losing clients to your own chaos
by•
Freelancers don't usually lose clients over bad work — they lose them to dropped deadlines, mismatched invoices, and cold leads. I learned this the hard way after losing a good client to my own chaos. So I built Freelance OS: one system for client/project tracking, finance, and outreach follow-ups. No more sticky notes, no more forgotten replies. Just a simple way to run your freelance business like it's actually a business — so your good work stops getting undone by messy operations.

As a freelancer myself, the one thing I'd love to see is a built-in time tracker that ties directly into the Project Tracker and Finance Ledger. Being able to log hours per deliverable and then auto-populate invoice line items from those sessions would save me a ton of admin work every week.
love that you bundled this as a one-time $47 upgrade instead of pushing yet another subscription, honestly that alone makes it feel different from the usual Notion template hustle. the Lead Pipeline plus Client CRM combo is genuinely clever for keeping all the moving pieces in one place.
A Client Portal view inside Notion that lets your client see their own deliverables, deadlines, and invoices without you forwarding links or exporting PDFs. It would make the CRM feel more like a complete client experience, not just an internal tracker.
