What's the worst form failure you found out about too late?
Hi everyone, Basem here. I'm the solo maker of FormFlow, and it launches here soon.
Most form backends tell you what arrived. None of them tell you what was turned away. If a form on a client's site is refusing real people because of a strict field rule, a wrong origin or an over-eager spam filter, you're usually the last one to find out.
That's the gap FormFlow tries to close:
- Point any HTML form's action at one URL. You get an inbox, signed webhooks and email digests.
- Spam is scored by a model that's separate for each form and trained only on your own corrections.
- Submissions your own settings refuse aren't thrown away. They're kept, and FormFlow suggests the one settings change that would recover the most of them without letting through anything you've marked as spam.
- If a form suddenly goes quiet, you get an email.
Before launch day, I'd love to hear from people who run forms for themselves or for clients:
1. Have you ever lost leads to a form that looked fine but wasn't? How long did it take you to notice?
2. What would you need to see before trusting a hosted form backend with client leads?
3. Is there anything here that sounds unnecessary, or anything missing that you'd expect?
I'll answer every reply myself. There's a Free plan, 100 submissions a month with no card, if you'd like to try it before launch: https://formflow.digital
Launch offer: code PRODUCTHUNT gives 75% off your first 3 months on any paid plan, for two weeks after launch.

Hi PH, Basem here, solo maker of FormFlow. The short version for developers: change your form's action to one URL and you get an inbox, signed webhooks (HMAC-SHA256 over timestamp.body in X-FormFlow-Signature-256), digests, and CSV/XLSX/JSON export, on every plan. Spam is scored by a naive-Bayes model per form, trained only on your own corrections. The part I'd like you to poke at: submissions your own origin allowlist or strict schema refuses are kept, and a loosen-only search proposes the single constraint change that recovers the most of them while rejecting none you've accepted. Hosted only, EU server. Code PRODUCTHUNT gives 75% off 3 months, for two weeks. When a form on a client's site stops working, how do you find out today?
