Hi Product Hunt — I’m one of the makers behind Form4Beacon. 👋 We built it because SEC Form 4 filings are public, but turning those filings into a useful research workflow still takes too much manual work. You need to know what was reported, when the transaction happened, which code was used, who filed it, and where to verify the original source. Form4Beacon brings those steps together: 🔎 Search by ticker, company, insider, or filing accession 🎛 Filter reported activity by date, role, code, direction, shares, price, and value 📅 Browse open-market purchases and sales by transaction date 📄 Review transaction details and follow the original SEC filing 📚 Use plain-language references for transaction codes and event types We deliberately built this as a research tool, not a stock-picking or prediction tool. A Form 4 documents reported activity; it does not by itself explain intent or predict future performance. The filing and its footnotes remain the source of truth. I’d especially value feedback on two questions: 1. What context do you need before deciding a filing deserves deeper research? 2. Which step in the current search-to-source workflow still feels slower than it should? Thanks for taking a look. I’ll be here throughout the launch to answer questions and learn from your feedback.
