I've been on the lookout for a robust CRM tool for over two years and my search is finally over. Words cannot express how excited I am about Folk. I've been running my very own custom-made Airtable for years (before on Gsheets) and I have tried every other product on the market only to find Folk. It's really the best product out there to manage thoughtfully your network, with a team who crafted something for both individuals and teams. Kudos to Thibaud and the entire team!

my big challenge is to manage the whole process seamlessly as I use a spreadsheet at the moment. I have tried other platforms but they felt clunky and not seamless as I expected

We are not a project management tool with issues, we are a relationship manager. That means a platform to centralize you and your teams contacts, enrich them and track them in your workflows (as in contact workflow: hiring, selling, investing, etc...). You can customize folk to your needs in terms of display and process steps for example. So depending on what you want to manage we can be of help. Maybe you can book a demo (at ) to figure it out ?
