FocusLock helps you stay off the apps that steal your time. Pick the apps you want to block, start a focus timer or set a schedule, and FocusLock puts a lock screen in front of them until time is up. FocusLock uses Android's Accessibility Service for one purpose: to detect which app is open so it can show the lock screen when you open an app you chose to block. It does not read what is on your screen and does not send anything off your phone.

I built FocusLock because I was tired of opening Instagram "for 2 seconds" and losing 45 minutes.

*What it does:*

FocusLock puts a lock screen in front of the apps you choose to block. Pick your distracting apps, start a focus timer or schedule, and it blocks them until time is up.

No shady stuff - it uses Android's Accessibility Service for ONE purpose only: to detect when you open a blocked app and show the lock screen. It doesn't read your screen content and doesn't send anything off your phone.
