FocusForm v1.0.2 - Restore Everything in One Click

by
FocusForm saves your entire workspace with one snapshot and brings it back with one click. Arrange your desktop, capture the setup, and restore your apps, windows, websites, files, and folders whenever you need them. No custom automation workflows. No rebuilding your workspace by hand. Save complete setups for work, study, creative projects, or anything else, then switch between them and pick up exactly where you left off.

Three months ago, I set out on a mission to solve a very small but noticeable problem I encountered daily. Anytime I reset my Mac or wanted to switch to a different type of "mode" on my computer. Like studying rather than gaming, or entertainment rather than coding... I'd have to close all the windows, open up the new ones... organize them on my screen how I like them... and then do that again and again anytime I wanted to switch "modes" (or Focus Forms, as I call it). Around the one-month mark, I had something that was polished enough to share, and it got immediate traction, gaining over 100 users in its first month. People saw the value of how simple and easy it now was to change workspaces. FocusForm saves all my workspaces with one snapshot and brings them back with one click. It's built specifically for workspace snapshots: arrange your desktop, capture the setup, and restore your apps, windows, websites, files, and folders without having to build a custom automation workflow or manually do it every time. It saves complete workspaces so you can jump between projects and pick up where you left off. The app was free for the first 100 users and is now $3.99 on my site for anyone interested in trying it out. There's a built-in update feature so any new releases or features are included. Thanks for checking it out! :)

Saved a "writing" setup with my notes app, browser tabs, and a folder of drafts open, and it all came back exactly where I left it. Honestly didn't expect the window positions to be that precise on the first try.

Saving snapshots is clutch, but it would be great if you could schedule them to auto-load at certain times of day, like triggering my writing setup at 8am and coding setup at 1pm without me having to click anything.
