I think the weakness of the pomodoro philosophy is that it believes that peoples energy is equally spread out throughout the day. But it's not. It's compressed in the start then it tapers off. You can re-energize it later in the day but it won't be as compressed as in the start of the day.
@sentry_co Yes, that is one reason why use the app, you can work without interruptions and then relax/re-energize differently for each session

Will check this out tomorrow, but the description is somewhat misleading. Flowtime Technique and pomodoro, while similar, are not the same. I feel like describing it as "pomodoro timer, just better" and then having a short description explaining why this is the case would make the whole concept a lot clearer imo.
