Floe - Share files directly between devices, no accounts.

by
Floe sends files directly between devices over a peer-to-peer connection. No uploads to a server, no accounts, no size limits. Everything is end-to-end encrypted, and the file data never touches our servers, it goes straight from sender to receiver. Works in any browser on any device, with no install. There's also a CLI for transfers from the terminal. Open source and free.

created floe, a p2p filesharing and completely open source it is a p2p file sharing for website and cli, i built it because me and my girlfriend are always swapping photo dumps and google drive was just too slow. it's kind of inspired by croc and toffeeshare, but i wanted the cli and the browser in one ecosystem so they actually work together. i added the cli after struggling to get files onto a raspberry pi during my thesis. it's faster and perfect for headless stuff like pis and servers. everything connects: browser to browser, cli to/from browser, cli to cli. would love any feedback, opinions, and feature recommendations hehe
