My diagrams wanted to move. So I built Floani ✨

I'm Elber, the maker of Floani 👋

After 20+ years in tech, I still find myself pointing at boxes and arrows and saying, “Okay, now imagine this part moving…”

So I built the moving part. 😄

Floani started as something I needed for my own business: a way to explain systems to clients and create visuals for my YouTube videos. It grew into a SaaS for turning diagrams into visual stories.

Here's a little peek:

Floani — Diagrams. Now in motion.

A few things you can do with it:

  • Create and refine diagrams with AI.

  • Animate connections and guide viewers through scenes.

  • Share interactive diagrams, or export MP4 and GIF.

Here's the editor with a restaurant workflow. Even dinner has an architecture. 🍝

What's one thing you'd love to explain with a diagram in motion?

An architecture, a client workflow, a YouTube tutorial… or that one process that only makes sense when someone waves their hands? 👀

You can try it at — there's a free plan. I'd love to hear what feels useful, confusing, or missing.
