If the laptop setup already works, is one more file worth it?
Launch is Tuesday, 27 October. I want an argument before that, not a cheer.
Flisk is one small file per part of the product. One command starts that part on a laptop. It writes the setup. It does not ship to customers. Core is free.
Two replies are enough:
You already have a setup that works. Another file is just another thing that can drift. Say that. I would rather hear "keep what you have" than collect polite follows.
A coding agent rewrote the setup, and the week went to plumbing instead of the goal. What did it touch, and what did that cost?
If you already run it, skip the pitch. What broke?
Repo, if you want to look, not to star on command: https://github.com/flisk-sh/flisk
Reply to every comment the same day. That is the momentum. A second thread this week will look like spam.
