I spent 6 months building an AI video generator. Here’s what happened.

About six months ago, I started working on a project that originally began as a side hobby.

Like many people here, I was fascinated by how quickly AI image generation evolved. We went from blurry outputs to photorealistic images in what felt like a few months.

But one thing kept bothering me:

Creating videos was still incredibly difficult.

Even with all the new AI tools available, most workflows looked something like this:

• Generate an image

• Export it

• Upload it somewhere else

• Create animations

• Edit transitions

• Add motion

• Render everything

For creators, marketers, and even casual users, the process was still too complicated.

So I asked myself:

What if someone could generate a complete cinematic video from just a text prompt or a single image?

That question eventually became our project.
