Running a business shouldn't take six tools
Most owners stitch together a POS, a delivery app, a booking tool, stock spreadsheets and separate analytics. They don't talk to each other.
Flick is a cloud hospitality platform: live menus and QR for guests, fast in-venue/online selling with integrated checkout, ticketed events, KDS, and one control plane for orders, reservations, tables, and staff—across every location you run.

Finally got rid of three separate apps for our cafe and the QR menu actually synced with the till properly. Setup was straightforward and the kitchen display started showing orders right away.
One thing I'd love to see is a built-in loyalty and rewards module so guests can earn points across locations without us bolting on a third-party app. Would make repeat visits way easier to track and nudge.
A loyalty program built into the same control plane would be huge, letting guests earn points across QR ordering, ticketed events, and in-venue purchases without needing a third party like Square Loyalty or Stamp Me. Right now I still have to bounce to another tool just to track repeat customers, and that gap means I lose visibility on who actually comes back.
The QR-to-KDS loop is really well thought through, feels like the team actually sat in a service window before sketching this.
